The kit is presented in a practical plastic case, with a transparent lid, and a capacity for 5 RUBI scoring wheels (all of them with a 10 mm diameter gauge). This case allows the user to store and protect their surroundings, as well as transport them with maximum safety, avoiding blows and loss of them.
RUBI SILVER scoring wheels are made of sintered tungsten carbide. Each wheel is rectified in a unified manner so that each diameter has an incision angle according to its function and use. Each diameter of the wheel offers different results and yields, depending on the type of ceramic material, and they have been designed primarily to work with ceramic materials that have enamelled or natural surfaces with smooth and/or slightly rough finishes.
For the correct operation of SILVER wheels and wheels, the scoring must always be continuous and homogeneous, without excessive pressures or unnecessary passes.
SILVER RUBI wheels are suitable for scoring, and subsequent separation of ceramic tiles of any type: tile (BIII), glazed stoneware (BIb - BIIa), rustic or extruded stoneware (AIb - AII) and of course porcelain stoneware (BIa), with difficulties of cuts between low and medium.
The triple fluted shaft of the RUBI scoring wheels is an exclusive and patented design.
